While in that mindset, one of our participants stopped me and began to explain how Dan Averitt, Office Manager she felt about her most recent experience. I smiled, briefly acknowledged Margaret Miles, Development Manager her salutation, and started to move on. She grabbed my hands and said, Laura Nelson, Administrative Coordinator “No, you really need to know how this place has changed my life, how it has given my life meaning, put quality back into my life.” uilding Hours B This brief but powerful anecdote forced me to slow down and recognize Program Hours : it’s significance. Here was a participant, struggling with her life situation, Mon - Thurs: 9:30 am - 7 pm yet thanking me in a very profound way.
